J&S Packaging endeavors to provide the relevant information as clearly and correctly as possible at all times. If our product description contains errors, we shall not be held responsible for them. J&S Packaging will correct these inaccuracies as quickly as possible and take back the goods.
If an offer has only a limited period of validity or is subject to certain conditions, we mention this explicitly in our offer.
If a product turns out to be unavailable upon delivery, J&S Packaging cannot be held responsible, nor for any damage resulting therefrom. You as the customer will be informed as soon as possible. In this case, you may cancel your order in full or in part. The refund will be processed as soon as possible to the account with which the order was originally paid.

PRICES
Our prices are exclusive of all taxes, VAT, duties, and services (unless stated otherwise). You will therefore never be faced with surprises.
J&S Packaging accepts no liability as a result of displaying an incorrect price. We reserve the right to correct errors, even after an order has been placed. You as the customer can accept the order with the new price or, if desired, cancel your order.
FORCE MAJEURE
In the event of force majeure, we are not obliged to fulfill our obligations. In that case, we may either suspend our obligations for the duration of the force majeure or definitively terminate the agreement.
