What are shipping boxes?

A shipping box is a cardboard box designed to transport products safely via mail or courier. Its construction is sturdier than a standard storage box: the walls are designed to withstand the pressure of sorting machines, stacking in delivery vans, and handling at distribution centers.

We supply shipping boxes in single-wall corrugated cardboard for lighter shipments and double-wall corrugated cardboard for heavier or fragile products. Available in standard sizes or fully customized to your product.

Choose the cardboard that suits your product

Shipping boxes are available in all common types of cardboard. We advise you on the best choice based on your product, weight, and transport conditions.

Single-wall corrugated cardboard (B, C, or E-flute)

One fluted layer. Light, flexible, and suitable for products up to 15 kg. The most common choice for e-commerce and standard shipments. Cost-efficient for large volumes.

Double-wall corrugated cardboard (EB, EE, or BC-flute)

Two fluted layers for extra strength. Suitable for heavier products, fragile contents, or longer transport distances. Can handle more stacking weight and provides better protection against shocks.

White cardboard (coated or uncoated)

White single or double-wall corrugated cardboard with a white outer layer. Provides a cleaner appearance and is ideal for full-color printing. The standard choice for e-commerce brands using the box as a branding moment.

Moisture-resistant cardboard

Specially treated cardboard for humid environments, refrigerated transport, or products that may cause condensation. Slows down the swelling of the cardboard upon contact with moisture.

A shipping box is delivered as a parcel. The recipient must be home, or it is delivered to a pick-up point. A letterbox box fits through the mailbox, ensuring delivery is always successful without the recipient needing to be home. If your product fits in a letterbox box, you also save on shipping costs.
Yes, printing is possible using all four printing techniques: digital (small runs), offset (sharp image, large volumes), flexo (industrial), and screen printing (intense colors). We advise on the technique that best suits your volume and desired quality.
We deliver from 1 pallet and from 100 units. For printed shipping boxes, we recommend a minimum of 200 to 500 units, depending on the chosen printing technique.
Yes, rush delivery is possible for boxes in stock. Ordered in the morning can mean delivered in the afternoon, at an additional cost. For custom-made boxes, we estimate a production time of 2 to 3 weeks.
