Custom cardboard displays: stand out and sell on the shop floor

From floor displays to counter displays, from stacking trays to lifesizers. Custom-made in your corporate identity, optionally delivered pre-filled so the retailer can place your display in the store ready for use.

A good product that isn't seen, doesn't sell

A supermarket contains more than 8,000 products. More than half of all purchasing decisions are made in-store. Your product fights for attention on a crowded shelf — without extra visibility, there is no impulse, no extra sale.

A cardboard display takes your product off the shelf. On the shop floor, at the counter, at eye level, exactly when the shopper decides.

Displays that sell

A display from J&S Packaging is not a catalog item. We design the construction based on your product, your retail environment, and your campaign. We treat this as custom work from the very first sketch.

What that means in practice:

  • Custom-made from scratch — die-cut shape, stacking strength, and printing based on your specs
  • Right material — corrugated cardboard, honeycomb cardboard, or solid board, depending on weight and finish
  • Optionally delivered pre-filled — we fill the display with your product, the retailer sets it up ready-to-go
  • Full-color offset or digital — sharp printing, with optional varnish, lacquer, or foil stamping
  • Storage at our locations — we deliver on demand, also for seasonal and promotional campaigns

Ready-to-go for the shop floor

An empty display at the retailer means unpacking, filling, and assembling. Things can go wrong at every step. An incorrectly assembled display is rarely in the right place and does not look professional.

We fill the display at our locations, pack it for transport, and deliver it exactly as it should stand in the store.

The benefits:

  • No filling errors at the retailer
  • Consistent brand experience in every store
  • Hours saved on in-store handling
  • Less retail friction; retailers appreciate ready-to-go solutions

Which cardboard for which display?

The choice of the right cardboard determines how well your product is protected, presented, and transported. We advise you on the best material for your application.

Corrugated cardboard (single or double wall)

The standard. Light, strong, excellent printability. Double wall for multiple product layers.

Honeycomb cardboard

Extra light and strong thanks to the honeycomb structure. Ideal for large floor displays without the transport weight.

Solid board

For sharp printing and a sleek finish. Often chosen for premium counter displays.

Cardboard versus wood, plexiglass, or metal

Cheaper, lighter, more mobile. Full-color offset printing possible. Fully recyclable after the campaign. For temporary and promotional POS, cardboard is the logical choice.
