If a product turns out to be unavailable upon delivery, J&S Packaging cannot be held responsible, nor for any resulting damage. You as a customer will be informed as soon as possible. In this case, you may cancel your order in full or in part. The refund will be processed as soon as possible to the account with which the order was originally paid.
