You have invested time in a beautiful print. Or spent hours drawing a plan that is finally finished. And then it arrives: wrinkled, wet, or bent because the tube was too narrow, too short, or simply not sturdy enough.
That costs you a reprint, an apology, and sometimes a customer.
The right tube is not an afterthought. It is the last thing protecting your product before it reaches the recipient.
A cardboard tube from J&S Packaging is spiral-wound cardboard with seals at the ends: light, strong, and resistant to the pressure of transport. They are used to safely ship products that must not be folded. Think of posters, architectural drawings, technical plans, tracings, and textile rolls. But they are also ideal for beverages, food, medication vials, or luxury goods such as perfumes.
Available in standard diameters for quick use, or fully customized if your product requires it.
Customizable options:
Diameter
From small tubes (Ø 5 cm) for documents and proofs to wide industrial tubes (Ø 20+ cm) for textile rolls and technical plans. We produce every diameter.
Length
Tailored to your product. No tube that is too long, causing the product to rattle, and no tube that is just too short, preventing the caps from fitting.
Wall thickness
Thin for light documents sent quickly. Thick for industrial use, heavy rolls, or products passing through multiple transshipment points.
Sealing
Plastic caps, cardboard caps, or without sealing for industrial applications. Included or available separately.
A printed tube is a small but visible branding tool. Your logo on the tube means the recipient already knows who it’s from upon opening — even before seeing the contents.
Printing is possible via flexographic printing for large volumes. Simple logo printing or item details are already possible for larger order quantities. Contact us for the possibilities.
